  • You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • All Goods are subject to availability. We may discontinue or change products without notice.

  • We make every effort to ensure descriptions, images, colours, and sizes are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the handmade/artisan nature of jewellery.

  • For bespoke, custom-made, or personalised jewellery (e.g., mountain range rings): We require a deposit and once production has started, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable except for faults under statutory rights.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in £GBP.

  • Prices exclude delivery charges, which are shown separately.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. If we discover an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of order via BACS transfer [list accepted PayPal, Apple Pay.

  • We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details.

 

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We are not bound until we accept it by sending you an order confirmation email.

  • The contract is formed when we dispatch the Goods or send confirmation that they are ready for collection (whichever applies).

  • We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues, or breaches of these Terms.

 

6. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days if in stock. Bespoke items made to order four to six weeks depending on design, manufacture and hallmarking. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery (or attempted delivery) to the address provided.

  • Title (ownership) passes only when we receive full payment.

  • Delivery charges and options are set out at checkout. We may use third-party couriers.

  • If Goods are damaged in transit or not received, notify us promptly.

For international orders (if offered): You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

 

7. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As this is a distance contract, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason, starting the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the Goods.

How to cancel:

  • You must return the Goods to us at your cost (unless we agree otherwise) in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • We will refund the price paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods (or proof of return).

Exceptions where the right to cancel does not apply:

  • Personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order jewellery once production has commenced.

  • Goods that have been worn, altered, or damaged by you.

  • Sealed items where the seal is broken (if applicable).

  • Items clearly made to your specifications.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Faulty Goods

Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

  • You have a short-term right to reject faulty Goods within 30 days and receive a full refund.

  • After 30 days, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or (in some cases) a refund.

Our returns policy (in addition to your statutory rights):

  • Non-faulty, non-personalised items may be returned within [e.g., 30 days] for a refund or exchange, subject to the Goods being unworn, in original condition with tags/packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke items are only returnable if faulty.
